AE's Gift Card terms and conditions:
1. These terms and conditions apply to all AE Gift Cards, including, but not limited to, the Corporate Gift Card.
2. AE Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash; except where prohibited by law.
3. A dormancy fee may apply to your AE Gift Card except where prohibited by law.
Dormancy fees do not apply in the states of: CA, HI, LA, MT, ND, IL, MD, NJ, CT, MA, NH and VT.
4. In states where dormancy fees are not prohibited, the dormancy fee will be assessed on your AE Gift Card as follows:
After 24 months of non-use, a $1 per month dormant account fee will be deducted from the remaining balance on the card, except where prohibited by law.
Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. AE Gift Cards carry no expiration date.
6. AE Gift Cards can be used for multiple purchases; however, AE Gift Cards may not be used to pay any AE Credit Card account.
